Following the merger of the two specialists for automotive applications and innovative interior solutions from JOYSON Components and QUIN to form JOYSONQUIN Automotive Systemslast March, the German-Chinese automotive supplier has now presented its new organizational structure. Yuda Liu from Ningbo will head the company, which belongs to the Chinese Joyson Group, as Board Chairman. Uwe Vander Stichelen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), heads the strategic and operative business from Rutesheim. An important element of the new organization is the establishment of three regional competence and distribution centers in China, Europe and the USA.

"With our new organization as a global player, we will significantly strengthen our competitiveness," says Board Chairman Yuda Liu. "This new structure will enable us to bundle our innovative strength, make more targeted use of resources and leverage potential savings in purchasing.

The concrete goal of the new organization is to position the company as a globally position edinterior, fan and decor specialist and to exploit market potential more consistently both in Europe and in North America and Asia. This will also make it easier to market those products in other economic regions that have so far only reached regional markets. In addition, globally active customers will be served faster and much more efficiently.

CEO Uwe Vander Stichelen comments: "By simplifying processes and making mutual use of market access from the once independent companies Joyson Components and QUIN, we will be able, for example, to offer ourfan nozzles, which were previously sold almost exclusively in China, much more effectively in Europe and the NAFTA region, as well as to have a stronger presence in China with high-quality decorative parts and interior solutions".

To this end, three regional development and competence centers for China, Europe and North America will be established. These centers are not only the worldwide contacts for customers according to their respective areas of competence for products and materials. They also provide know-how for the entire product range of JOYSONQUIN Automotive Systems. This facilitates market penetration in the individual regions. In addition, the bundling of activities is intended to strengthen innovation and customer orientation in the growth market for interior solutions in the long term.
